Ever since I posted this Mix & Match Friday’s Fancies ensemble, I’ve been wanting to create a “real” mix & match outfit. Mixing and matching prints and textures is an entirely new thing to me, so I decided to play it safe and stick to various shades of one color. And I wasn’t disappointed: green lace and green snakeskin print look amazing together! To add a little bit of drama, I threw on a studded belt and a few pounds worth of costume jewelry. A swipe of magenta lipstick was the perfect finishing touch and for a moment I felt like a movie star 🙂 Now that I know that it works, I’ll be sure to experiment in the mix & match department again really soon!
